Taylor Industrial Sales Company is a manufacturer's representative firm specializing in electro - mechanical products for the power transmission, motion control, and material handling industries. The company was started in 1985 and is based in a 11,000 square foot facility in Tampa, Florida. The company sells to and services distributor and OEM accounts in the states of Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, Mississippi, and Alabama, as well as the Caribbean.

We have factory trained sales representatives to help our customers find the most cost effective solution to their respective requirements. All of our outside sales team is MSHA certified to meet the safety standards and requirements of our large industrial customers. Additionally, our inside customer service and warehouse & inventory control teams offer professional, cost effective solutions and service to our customers.

Our relationships with many of our customers have existed for over 30 years. In fact, we have represented several of our principals for over 20, 25 and even 30 years depending on the company. Simply put, we deliver results for our customers and our principals which creates long term relationships.

Our outside sales team has over 100 years of outside sales experience and our inside customer service sales staff has over 60 years of experience with the products we represent.

In addition to traditional sales and service functions, we offer product training presentations at either our customer’s site or in our Think Tank training room, laser tool assisted engineering chain wear analysis survey capability, in-house motor test bench equipment testing capability for testing torque and amp draw on motors, programming assistance with live 110/220 volt powered VFD’s, and a new state of the art boat lift simulator that enables us to test motor and gear performance under actual boat lift loads and cycles. All these services are provided free of charge to our customers.
